Trying To Get Back Into A Writing Schedule.

Published by carfor12 at 5:56 pm under Uncategorized Edit This

I have had a few busy days and weeks lately. I can’t seem to find time to write. I decided today that I need to start finding the time. I put blogging into my schedule and then something comes up that seems more important-like spending time with my two year old grandson. It seems lately that I have been spending more time with him and less time writing or blogging.

Well I believe that I am going to have to get tough with myself and make time for my writing, even if it means doing it during the evenings. It is not just time spent with my grandson that gets in the way. I have found myself doing more reading lately too. I find that I like to feel a book in my hands instead of reading things on the internet. I don’t really know why that is other than the book is tangible and the internet really is not.

I am also still trying to find time to do a career search. This is something else that never seems to even make it to my day-timer for scheduling. Maybe what I need is…a time management course.

I really need to start spending time at night before I go to bed scheduling the next day. I read  that it is a good idea to do this for a week at a time. Maybe I will try this as well and see how it goes.

Happy reading!Money mouth

Thanks for stopping by my site. After I got it up, I’ve been so busy I haven’t been able to add more. Looks like you’re in the same boat I’ve been in. It can be tough.

Scanning your blog, I see you haven’t tried Textbroker. Do it! They are a great firm to work for, and with your natural style, you should have no problem being accepted. I just finished writing content for a website the other day, and turned in a 1500 word article last night paying $45 and $21 respectively.

Compared with Delegate2 out of the UK, they’ve sent two assignments in the last month paying $24 for the lot. And it was writing about something I didn’t care much about! Textbroker, on the other hand, allows you to choose article assignments according to your interests and time availability. They pay every 2 weeks, unlike Delegate2 which delays payment for a month!

Textbroker also quickly lets you know if your articles have been accepted, and as your experience rating improves, so does your pay. I started out at Level 3, (1.4 cents per word) and quickly progressed to Level 4, (1.5 to 1.55 cents per word) May not sound like much, and I had to submit a lot of $3.00 articles at first which took the hide off of me, but the effort was worth it. As of last night, there were over 600 assignments from level 2 on up waiting for authors on the assignments board.

The bulk of Textbroker’s work is website content writing, SEO keyword descriptions, product and business reviews. I’ve also written some travel literature, articles about decorating ideas, and developed a lawyer’s profile which paid $22.

Well, my blog post is done for today, with a personal touch. Thanks again for stopping by. Join Textbroker! Just do it!

    -e.
